Product Description

PU paint is a two-component coating system made of: Base (Resin + pigments + additives) Hardener (Isocyanate)

Mixing Ratio (Important)

Typical ratio:

PU Base : Hardener = 2:1 or 1:1 (depends on system)

Add thinner: 10-30%

After mixing:

Pot life = 2-4 hours

After that  material becomes unusable

Application Method

Best: Spray Application

Air spray / Airless spray

Gives smooth finish

Process:

1.Sanding (320-400 grit)

2.Sealer coat (PU or NC)

3.Sanding again

4.PU top coat (2-3 coats)

Drying Time

Touch dry: 30-60 min

Hard dry: 6-8 hours

Full cure: 24-48 hours
