Hardener (Isocyanate)

🪠Mixing Ratio (Important)

Typical ratio:

PU Base : Hardener = 2:1 or 1:1 (depends on system)

Add thinner: 10“30%

šï After mixing:

Pot life = 2“4 hours

After that † material becomes unusable

🔫 Application Method

Best: Spray Application

Air spray / Airless spray

Gives smooth finish

Process:

1.Sanding (320“400 grit)

2.Sealer coat (PU or NC)

3.Sanding again

4.PU top coat (2“3 coats)

Touch dry: 30“60 min

Hard dry: 6“8 hours

Full cure: 24“48 hours
