Base (Resin + pigments + additives)

Hardener (Isocyanate)

i Mixing Ratio (Important)

Typical ratio:

PU Base : Hardener = 2:1 or 1:1 (depends on system)

Add thinner: 10i30%

ii After mixing:

Pot life = 2i4 hours

After that i material becomes unusable

Application Method

Best: Spray Application

Air spray / Airless spray

Gives smooth finish

Process:

1.Sanding (320i400 grit)

2.Sealer coat (PU or NC)

3.Sanding again

4.PU top coat (2i3 coats)

iii Drying Time

Touch dry: 30i60 min

Hard dry: 6i8 hours

Full cure: 24i48 hours
