Base (Resin + pigments + additives)

Hardener (Isocyanate)

ï UV resistance (better than NC)

ï Long life (5ï10+ years)

ï Mixing Ratio (Important)

Typical ratio:

PU Base : Hardener = 2:1 or 1:1 (depends on system)

Add thinner: 10ï30%

ïï After mixing:

Pot life = 2ï4 hours

After that ï material becomes unusable

🔫 Application Method

Best: Spray Application

Air spray / Airless spray

Gives smooth finish

Process:

1.Sanding (320ï400 grit)

2.Sealer coat (PU or NC)

3.Sanding again

4.PU top coat (2ï3 coats)

ïïï Drying Time

Touch dry: 30ï60 min

Hard dry: 6ï8 hours

Full cure: 24ï48 hours
